Happy Hemsby Holidays chalets is a self catering holiday home and must be used as a private holiday residence for the occupation of only the persons specified on the booking form
The number of persons occupying must not exceed four adults as beds are linen are only provided to accommodate these. Any exceptions to this must be agreed with Happy Hemsby Holidays prior to booking. Cot's are not provided, please provide your own for babies.
The chalet should be left in a clean and tidy state on departure. The hirers will vacate at the time and date specified on booking, no exceptions to this.
The hirers car(s) is parked on site at the hirers own risk and all personal possessions are left on the premises at the hirers own risk.
No responsibility is accepted by the owners or the site owners if any accidents occur to persons or property whilst on the premises, including any injury or illness.
The owner may cancel the booking if the chalet become unsuitable for occupation due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, eg flood or fire. In such situation, a full refund will be made.
Access to the chalet may be required on occasions.
No smoking/vaping is permitted inside the chalet.
No parties are permitted.
A £100 damage and housekeeping deposit is payable upon final payment. This will be repaid in full within 7 working days once the chalet has been inspected and all contents are in their original state. The hirers should notify Happy Hemsby Holidays if there are any breakages or damages prior to the hirers leaving the chalet. The cost of any damages found will be deducted from the deposit.
A maximum of 2 dogs per chalet. Any pets within the chalet must be kept under strict control at all times when on the park. Dogs must be kept on the lead and dog mess must be picked up and placed into the appropriate bins. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and any soiling found will be taken from the deposit for cleaning and repairs.
A £100 deposit will be taken upon booking, this is non refundable. The remaining balance plus the £100 damage and housekeeping bond is due 4 weeks before booking date. In cases where the chalet booking date is less than 4 weeks from the deposit being paid, the whole balance is due to be made with the deposit.
If the hirers need to cancel their holiday, they must inform Happy Hemsby Holidays immediately. The deposit is non-refundable. We will then attempt to re-let the chalet during your dates, if we are unable to then you are liable for full costing of the dates originally booked.
Happy Hemsby Holiday chalets are available to hire Monday - Friday, Friday - Monday or Friday - Friday only.
Check in is available from 4pm and Check out is by 10am. Happy Hemsby Holidays will contact you once we have recieved final payment with details of your key and your specific check in and out details.
Sundowner holiday park is open from 1st March until 31st October, no bookings will be taken outside of this period.
You are strongly recommended to take out holiday cancelation insurance.
Dogs should have up to date pet insurance, vaccinations and their flea and worming treatment.
Banned breeds are not allowed on site
GDPR - Any information given by you at a time of booking is only used by Happy Holidays Hemsby for the purpose of your stay and is never shared with any other organisation.
